WILL MY DEPOSIT BE DEDUCTED FROM MY OVERALL TOTAL?


Yes, your deposit is used to hold your appointment slot and will be deducted from your overall total




WHAT ARE ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT?


Cash or Cash app preferred, Card is accepted with an additional 5% fee.




WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY?


Your deposit will be fortified if you cancel your appointment. Appointments canceled 4 hours or less before the appointment time will be required to pay half of the appointment cost plus a $25 rebooking fee to reschedule or book the next appointment (unless otherwise stated by the owner). YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REBOOK UNTIL ALL CANCELATION FEES ARE PAID.




WHAT IS THE LATE FEE POLICY?


The stylist and client both receive a 5 min grace period. After 5 mins, the late fee is $20 up until 20 mins. After 20 mins your appointment will be canceled unless otherwise stated by the owner. if your appointment is cancelled due to being late, cancelation fees will then apply as stated above. If your appointment needs to be pushed back due to a lag in the day, you will be notified at minimum, 30 mins before your appointment. The late policy will then stand based on your pushed back time.




CAN MY DEPOSIT BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER APPOINTMENT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?


Yes, if you notify 48 hours before your set appointment. The deposit can then be transferred to another appointment within the same month.




HOW CAN I BOOK ON A SUNDAY OR MONDAY?


There is a $20 convenience fee for special request on Sunday or Monday as the salon is normally closed . Text 980-292-6857 to book, be ready to send a deposit via cash app to secure your appointment.

CAN I BOOK WITHIN A 24 HOUR TIME FRAME?


Yes, you must text 980-292-6857 to inquire about availability if you wish to book within the next 24 hours.




IS SHAMPOO/ HAIR INCLUDED FOR MY DESIRED STYLE?


You must view the full details of your desired style on the services page before booking. This ensures you know what is included for your desired style.




DO YOU SUPPLY HAIR FOR CUSTOM WIGS OR CAN I BRING MY OWN?


yes, new pricing for custom units including the hair has been listed on the shop page under the pretty poppin wig collection. Prices listed under wigs on the services page is the price of construction supplying your own hair.




DO YOU SUPPLY HAIR FOR AN INSTALL?


Yes, the request for hair must be made 14 business days in advance of your appointment. The price of the hair will be included in the deposit to secure your appointment. Please text 980-292-6857 to inquire.




CAN I BRING MY OWN HAIR FOR BRAIDS?


Hair is supplied for basic colors (1, 1b, 2, 4). You are welcome to bring your own hair but the price of the select braid style will still stand. The braiding hair can be any brand but it must be PRESTRETCHED.
